    You can review and edit the notes generated by Berries through its user-friendly interface. The notes are fully customizable, allowing you to make any necessary changes before finalizing them.

    Our clinicians find it most convenient to use the "Copy note" feature to paste notes from Berries directly into their EMR. However, we are actively considering integration options for the future.
  • Can Berries be used on mobile devices?
    Yes, Berries is accessible through any web browser on any device. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome.
  • What languages does Berries support?
    Berries supports sessions in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and more. However, notes are generated in English. If you have specific language requirements, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • How does Berries ensure privacy and security?
    Berries is HIPAA and PHIPA compliant, ensuring that all protected health information is handled with the highest privacy and security standards. To further protect privacy, Berries does not store recordings, and session notes can be manually deleted at any time or set to automatically delete after 30 days.     Yes, Berries offers a free trial of 20 sessions so you can experience its benefits before making a commitment. Additionally, you receive 10 new sessions every month.

    Berries pricing is $99 per month for unlimited session notes and patient/client instructions. If you are a student, trainee, or early careerist, please contact us for a discount.
  • How to introduce Berries to patients/clients?
    We provide resources and support to help you introduce Berries to your patients/clients. You can find these resources in the Berries platform under the "Start Session" button.
  • Do you provide a patient/client consent form?
    Yes! You can download it in the Berries platform—click on the account menu in the top right corner and look for "Patient/Client Consent Form".

This experience, combined with both Yuval and Tal's personal struggles with anxiety, fueled their dedication to improving mental health care.
